How soon will Sweet Hub reply to a request?
For any request, Sweet Hub gets back within 4 hours to answer and check it.
How many days ahead should I order the cake?
Please order at least 5 days ahead.
Can you make a cake from a reference photo, and will it match the photo exactly?
Yes. A cake made from your photo will be about 95% the same.
What flavors and fillings are available?
Our available flavors and fillings include:
- Vanilla Chantilly Cream: Strawberry sauce and chocolate chips, peach and pineapple compote, or your choice of caramel, blueberry, nuts, crispy toppings, or chocolate chips.
- Chocolate Chantilly Cream: Chocolate chips, Nutella, nuts, or crispy toppings.
- Chocolate Mousse
- Whipping Cream with Mango
Additional fillings and toppings are available for an extra charge.

What are the delivery areas and the deposit?
For an order up to 3,000 LE, the deposit is 300 LE. For an order above 3,000 LE, the deposit is 25% of the order. Delivery areas are confirmed with you on WhatsApp.
Can an order be changed after it is confirmed?
Yes. A change can be made only within 24 hours after Sweet Hub receives the order, and only if Sweet Hub approves it.
Are there sugar-free or allergy-aware options?
Yes. Sugar-free and allergy-aware options are available. Tell us about the allergy when you order.
How should the cake be stored, and how long can it stay out of the fridge?
Keep the cake in the fridge. It can stay out for two hours, but not in a hot place.
How is a customer gift handed over, is there a courier fee, and can the sender’s name be hidden?
Yes. Sweet Hub can hand the cake over as a gift, a courier fee applies, and the sender’s name can be hidden.
