How an order works
- Choose a design, a classic cake, bites, or a package, or start imagining a custom cake.
- Send the occasion details and the date.
- Sweet Hub reviews the idea and discusses the design and price.
- The order is confirmed according to the approved deposit and payment policy.
- The order is prepared for pickup or delivery.
For any request, Sweet Hub gets back within 4 hours to answer and check it. Sending the message alone does not confirm availability and does not reserve the order. The deposit is 300 LE for an order up to 3,000 LE, and 25% of the order when it is above 3,000 LE. A confirmed order can be changed only within 24 hours after Sweet Hub receives it, and only if Sweet Hub approves the change. Opening hours and delivery areas are confirmed on WhatsApp.
